Ingredients:
- 4 medium green bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef (instead of ground beef I used ground turkey)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz)
Directions:
- Mix ground beef (turkey), onion, rice, and seasonings well.
- Cut tops off peppers and hollow out seeds.
- Stuff bells with equal portions of mixture.
- Place in crockpot, cover with spaghetti sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until meat is cooked through and pepper is tender.
Yum! I'm a slow cookin fan! And this recipe looks delicious. We did something similar in Korea with large chili peppers! I will have to try this one.
